Mary Beth takes superb care of my Yamaha grand. She’s patient answering my questions and I appreciate how careful she is around the piano. Mary Beth is responsive when I want to schedule my next appointment and always arrives promptly. What really cinched me on Mary Beth was when I summoned her in an “emergency” when I dropped two pens behind the fall board where they settled under middle C and rattled. What’s more, she showed me how to do that rescue operation myself. Which has come in handy. -KP
